A Windsor, Colorado native (yes, home of drive‑your‑tractor‑to‑ school FFA life), Shaun made his mark in digital marketing after CU Boulder. He founded Blue Ox Digital in 2020 with big entrepreneurial dreams. When he isn't leading the company, you’ll find him owning the ping pong table, exploring Colorado’s outdoors, or chipping away at his ever growing to do list.
Raised in Colorado Springs, Rachel always had a knack for marketing. She discovered her passion while studying Business at CU Boulder and launched into PPC after graduating in 2017. Since joining Blue Ox in 2021, she’s been wearing all kinds of hats. She’s also a mystery book lover, Harry Potter fan, dog mom, and avid traveler.
Jake, originally from Basalt, Colorado, swapped skiing and mechanical engineering for digital marketing and he’s never looked back. A CU Boulder grad (class of 2024), he’s now tackling his career head‑on at Blue Ox. When he’s off the clock, he’s cheering on the Broncos and Nuggets, gaming, or exploring the best local bars with friends.
Isabelle grew up in a tiny Ohio town but moved to Colorado last year to follow her dreams and start her career in digital marketing. She loves storytelling, small businesses, and a good challenge. When she’s not working, you’ll find her lost in the mountains, loading a roll of film, or hunting down the best coffee in town.
