About the Job
Blue Ox Digital is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Denver, Colorado. The position will be in office with flexibility to work from home/anywhere as needed. Typically we are in the office together 4 days per week. This individual will be responsible for executing tactics in accounts based on strategies set by the lead for each client. This is a great role for an entry-level person looking to gain entry into the digital marketing world. An eagerness to learn and strong attention to detail are the main requirements.

Skills/Requirements
- Great Attention to Detail
- The Role requires monitoring numbers & data very closely as well as writing error free ad copy and client communications
- Excellent Communication Skills
- You will be dealing with clients as well as with our internal team and platform reps
- Demonstrated Interest in Digital Marketing
- This is an exciting, fast paced industry but it isn't for everyone
- Analytical / Excel Skills
- We work with loads of data. Your ability to interpret, manipulate, show that data is key
- Marketing/Advertising Degree or Related Work Experience
- Marketing is a large field and we are going to build on your general marketing knowledge

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages day-to-day client communications with internal team to develop trusting relationships between clients
Nurture timeline development to ensure deadlines are met
Monitors day-to-day campaign budget tracking to meet client objectives
Develops unique campaign strategy and ideation to meet/exceed client objectives
With internal team support, responsible for building out campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/META/Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube
Manages work and professional development of assigned project manager(s)
Works with project managers to ensure alignment between team and clients
Updates monthly client reports
Provides campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients, with support of the internal team
Develops a total understanding of platform usage
Develops an understanding of how to use GA4 (Google Analytics)
Executes weekly campaign optimization efforts on designated campaigns
